If there was a fire and someone could not open a window and they died.......well you get it from a life standpoint as well as a lawyer licking hos/her chops for that one.

I tell him all pessimist's need a lick in the Cant's. lol    In the meantime,  I bought my first deal with another friend,  that deal has evolved into over 50 sfr's now. 

I would pay the thousand, lick your wounds, and find a company that will serve you well in the future.

Besides lick my lips- I would owner finance and pitch a partnership with the seller!

It took us 6 months to get to this point and I slaved every weekend building, tweaking, licking f'ing envelopes to get to one deal.

That is not a bad profit for an enlisted air force to make in one lick.

I am licking my wounds but ready to get back on the horse, I am really hopefully I can learn lots more on bigger pockets and try make another go at this on my own.I am hoping to get some advice on how to get back started looking for SFH or duplex.
