The main thing I'd be worried about is hampering my ability to rent the duplex without a garage space if both garages are leased and a duplex unit is turning over.

I feel like this is significantly hampering my ability to find a place right off of the bat because I suspect the only deals I'm going to find are going to be through house-hunting on my own/direct mailings.

I think because the taxes are so cheap here compared to NYS it hampers dumping them.
