I have seen 2 hurricanes - Irma, which was the equivalent to a tropical storm and Ian.

I'm from Mexico, so I'll try to embark on a mission to tropicalize some of the content, components and costs to this market.

We do tend to get at least one tropical storm each year which sometimes leads to flooding in parts of North Myrtle Beach (Cherry Grove) and to the south in Garden City Beach.

She'd rather go on a tropical vacation and spend $4K+ per trip and I'd save for a down payment for a rental and took advantage of the lower interest rates in the last 10 years. 

i am looking into going into a trustee sale on deed of trust for $300,000 by evergreen "second lien holder" but after getting a title report i see there are a Subordination agreement between CTBC "first lien holder" and evergreen.

I wonder also if tiny home building would work better in the less urban areas of Denver (Evergreen, Conifer, Idaho Springs), however these areas already have quite a bit of tiny homes already in the form of old cabins.

At first we thought this might come in as residential and our plans were big subdivision with small commercial center at the corner of Evergreen and Jackson school road.. but the Hillsboro long range plan and the state and the chips act has changed that as with our 117 acres and the props to the north we total around 350 acres that can be easily developed and that's what big companies are looking for..
