Is first you figure your ordinary tax bracket with your salary and then you see how much more capital gains you can get to fill that ordinary bracket and that capital incomeis taxed at capital gains tax bracket and if it's still more income with capital gains you go to the next capital gains tax bracket then at the end you add ordinary tax amount and capital gains tax amount plus maybe the 3.8 Mitt amount is this correct what I said?
