It won't matter if Zillow joins REALTOR or not, they already have the lions share of traffic and if they suddenly get blocked I don't think it will stop them, it will be a death for REALTOR as their brand is no longer valuable.

(For us the text blasts go out to existing clients) REIBB has a simple process for registering the numbers with the major carriers so our texts do not get blocked.

They get marked "DNA" (do not answer) in my phone and that is it; if they become a pain calling repeatedly, they get blocked.
