Their buyers will certainly do their own DD and check said numbers but I will say for a fact that a wholesaler sending me deals with numbers far off do not ever get taken seriously in the future and often get blocked from my email.

It won't matter if Zillow joins REALTOR or not, they already have the lions share of traffic and if they suddenly get blocked I don't think it will stop them, it will be a death for REALTOR as their brand is no longer valuable.

They get marked "DNA" (do not answer) in my phone and that is it; if they become a pain calling repeatedly, they get blocked.
