Is this property west of western?

I am a commercial lawyer here in Southern California and one thing I have seen lately at least in the western states are redevelopment of older strip malls.

KCK is hit or miss in many areas.My general guidelines:East of 435 West of 635Kansas Avenue on the south borderLeavenworth Road on the north66109 is a very large western zip code and three of my places are there.  

For comparison (in CT) with a couple of Class C properties in MA, this is what I have found thus far:Stabilized Western MA properties1.  

We haven't completed our Single family home evaluation but I imagine the results won't be much different.On a personal note:  We would regularly hangout between 18th & Cermak  from Halstead to Western

Looks like New Western and NetWorthRealty are some of the larger one... 

One property is near Irving Park and Western, and the other is near 83rd and Western.

He was a hispanic guy that ran a property management/brokerage company here In western Washington, I believe in king and thurston counties.

Im curious why there are no BP meetups in the western Ny area.
