It's a mostly a myth that listing agents will work with you because they want both sides of the commission.

Realtor says yea i could be happy with that...But, then realtor calls me an hour later saying that payoff is exactly $196,101 PLUS commissions so i will need to rethink the offer.Heres my thing: this just all seems shady to me..

@Grant Rothenburger My thing is if I see something that can be covered by the Insurance company, whether it's $100 or $2000, I would rather have them pay for it than pay it out of my pocket.
