Just got an email from my Rent Processing company.The rent for August was stopped.Return Reason: Payment StoppedDetails: The Payer or account holder requested the payment be stopped by their bank.This is probably going to court now because of the way things are panning out.Called my Attorney.

Just depends on the price point, the rent range, and how many renters are in the area.The other thing you have to be careful of with the bigger nicer homes is the numbers- oftentimes the really nice homes won't pan out for positive cash flow because the house is too expensive compared to the rents it can bring in.
