After 9 years 8 months they got into drugs & we evicted them & the place was literally trashed & stripped.

He just got out of prison after 5 years for felony drug conviction.

Describe premises, not people.The link does not mention income source.Most of us don't want drug dealers, eh?

Thankfully, they were the nicest drug dealers I've ever dealt with.

While shutting down some businesses and social distancing has no doubt reduced transmission, slowed the progression, and reduced the number of lives lost, the second and third order effects of all the shutdowns and isolation is taking many more lives from things such as suicide, drug overdose, alcohol abuse, delayed testing/treatment for other life-threatening conditions etc.

The Drugs are terrible in Huntington right now. 

What I find weird is that when I look at properties in low income areas that are currently RENTED, the agent typically doesn't seem too interested in making introductions and allowing me to get to know them a bit and see if they're normal.There have been some tenants I've met who clearly were on drugs or inebriated in some form.

I am wondering about updating it to better independent senior housing with no medical/prescription services or anything like that.  

From flying bullets, to drugs and prostitution, to Welfare applicants who own BMW's and Coach purses....then  to the most kindness and fun loving tenants I am lucky to have had. 

I actually had to sue drug dealers because the neighboring landlord couldn’t evict them no matter how hard he tried.
