If only indoor built smart homes were a real thing already.  

If you want your landscaping to survive tenants you should 1) put in sprinklers, 2) pay the water bill yourself, and 3) hire a gardener to maintain the landscaping and yard. 

-Tenant left a big fish pond, big garden pavers,  and some personal belongings, old vacuum cleaners, cloth baskets, etc.

He also jimmied his way into the water and gas lines for his unit (it was a condo in an HOA with community laundry, no units have indoor laundry hook-ups) to rig laundry hook-ups in his closet, then cut holes in his closet shelf and ceiling to vent the dryer into the attic without proper ducting.

Might have it's on pool, indoor pool nicer, great rec room/theater room (not just a theater chair and a big tv).  1-bedroom - $175-$250 a night 2-bedroom $230-$400+ a night (an indoor pool can get you anywhere from $75-$200 more a night).
