I'll go with fly fishing Patagonia & Kamchatka on one trip....

Other than that we don't see the need to get into it, certainly not with people who are not investors themselves.Guys I fish with.............it never comes up.

Our area has always been a high demand area as we have lakes, rivers, water falls, mountains, trails, fishing, boating, and ALL types of sports and recreation.

There's plenty of fish in the sea.

I don't like watching TV or playing golf so it will be fishing and RE investing after Dec 31, 2020.

Create enough passive income that I can buy a nice house on the lake in my hometown along with a boat and a couple fishing poles hahaId spend a lot of time traveling as well.  

Small fish like me find it hard to be competitive in the twin cities market.Other, full-time and more experiences investors and syndicators are drawn to Minneapolis because it is one of the best housing markets in the country in terms of growth or appreciation.

Aussie pay their bills foreclosures are rare .. whole nother kettle of fish compared to our renters at least in the lower asset class's as we know what a nightmare that can be.
