It also seems a little cluttered, so if you could remove some of the decor and the side table but leave the plant it would help.The bed/bath looks great, but I would suggest hanging the TV up on the wall.

To answer a previous poster's question, yes, 13,000 square feet is plenty room to plant fruit trees, have a garden with a stream in it and waterfall, bbq, large swimming pool, shed for the long boards and a 5 bed / 6 bath house.
