Allstate (captive) is not a good place to be if you need any sort of sophistication with your risk management

For other less sophisticated platforms like VRBO we have to use trust accounting.

I would base my offer on the apparent sophistication of a seller.

We use Streamline PMS and they have options for STR and MTR, however Streamline is a very sophisticated expensive software designed for medium to large property managers.If you are self managing 1 unit (or a few) you should be able to use the settings on Airbnb/VRBO to make specific length of stay requirements/pricing etc. 

Ive not reviewed the plan but imo No one will be “coming in and out of town” for that casino.

The concept is simple while the way to execute can be complex and sophisticated.
