I would certainly not suggest locking into a contract on a property for that long unless the good faith deposit is negligible (like $500 or $250).

I found this site after we signed up, and have read many people's opinions on how it really is not necessary to spend the $2k to learn (and be mentored they promise), but I feel this "intense" training is what we need, especially for hubby as he's not much of a reader, but a great listener :) I'm very excited to begin this journey, and with his skills/experience and able to do most of the work himself, and my eye for a good deal we are putting our faith all in!
