A bigger problem too is that they may be dealing drugs.

My manager has 15 fourplexes that he manages in the subdivision out of about 60 blogs.I'm concerned about the fact that it is a low income area with the usual problems - drugs, petty theft, domestic violence, etc but I don't feel uncomfortable when I go there and my manager says he is not uncomfortable day or night.

They drug there feet haven't communicated with me at all the last month. 

I don't know if it would be a good idea to have the legal marijuana market combined with revitalization of areas that are dilapidated and overridden with illegal drug use. 

I don’t have pictures, but imagine six people who are all smokers and drug users, and horders living in 1000 square feet for 50 years.

Lower rents will typically attract drugs and crime.
