yep...there doing it to a bunch of bank owned properties here in the boston area...ive been in a handful of them...usually just in the basement...happens in the higher crime areas...the drug addicts are breaking in and stealing the cooper in the vacant homes since no one is there...

Some good comments already precede mine, but one thing was missed.What about those who start out as respectable, but fall into some "life situation" (drug use, health issues, financial difficulties, etc.) and suddenly need to increase income at any price - including the loss of what was once a good reputation?

He wants to get out ASAP.The property is being poorly cared for, the tenants that I saw were not the type of tenants anyone wants, drugs etc.My 4plex around the corner is all 1 beds and I get $560 per unit with them paying all utilities excluding water.
