The only gray area with maybe squeezing a 5 unit through conventional financing is if the seller agrees to 'convert' the 5th unit into storage space before sale.

Hi have a 2 bedroom house in Grays Ferry section.

I was thinking I would use a color like Agreeable gray.

My Tenant reported visible mold gray color on curtains and wood furniture in house. 

I believe I made the mistake to paint the bathroom a silver gray type color and it really contrasts against the beige/almond bathroom pieces.I'm thinking of painting it the same as the rest of the property which is basically a light gray with brown undertones.
