There is a lot more going on when renovating houses then it appears. 

The people appear as guests and will tell their story, then you google that person and you find they are partner in XYZ syndication.Linkedin: Look for anyone that has a headline of "I help business professionals create passive income through real estate".This will get you a lot of sponsors and/or capital raisers for other sponsors.

I don't see anything on the website or with a web search on how to go about applying for the mastermind.

However, upon finally gaining access to the home it appeared that the water was running from every faucet in the house.

For this particular property, I went to see it today and the conversion appears to be a rather simple project of moving a door.

You own it until you sell it.To make the most money as a wholetail you want to fix unattractive things (at low cost) and clean and spruce up the appearance as a whole.

(I half joke)It appears each home has its own 1000gl septic tank and leach field.

Appears to be equity and not recorded loans either.
