People are willing to accept 3%-4% cap rate in Manhattan, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and other big Metro Cities for a reason.The same with mortgage interest deduction (MID).

Just keep surfing Zillow and it'll turn up)Not to mention, if you click on "Price/Tax History", it's really fishy how the rent prices are higher than some areas of Manhattan's at $2.6K to begin with and then constantly change every few months through a slew of rental agencies.
