Since you have all of 2018 to do, I’d see what export formats are available for your bank (you’ll need web connect format for Quickbook Desktop and csv for Quickbooks Online).

I realized that my Home Depot Pro account can export all receipts into one excel spreadsheet.

Any Word, PowerPoint, et al files can be easily exported as a PDF that way.

(Absentee owners for example)I use python to go through each parcel number and pull all data available from the county websitePython then creates an item in Podio for that property, recording its address, size, market status, last purchase date and price and much more.Python creates an item entry for each contact listed as an owner and links them to the above property item, along with their address.When I reach 500 new contacts, I export this list and send it to www.batchskiptracing.comI then use a separate Python tool to systematically add all of the new phone numbers found back into the database.Of course, there are further workflows within to set auto reminders for mailers and calls. 

Pro can also do things like view and export previously created reports. 

Who knows, maybe the next DC line will be exporting power from CA instead of importing :)

Without that, it will continue to export affordability and residents out to the suburbs.

I do know it's not happening with all expired listings but i'm looking for an export who can advise.
