I'm trying to limit showings due to social distancing, and am currently quarantining over an hour from the property.

With many of us are in quarantine we have the time but may not have the money.

When the quarantine hit, we proactively reached out to every tenant and listed all kinds of community resources, everything from food pantries to childcare help to rent assistance.

During COVID I had the following happen in the households I manage: 1) one house member loses their job and their immediately get a job b/c another house member's job needed someone.2) one house member got sick, so other house members pitched in to do their chores and cook their food and deliver it to their room so they could stay healthy, quarantined, and socially supported.  3) one house member had their car breakdown, so other house members helped them w/rides to the mechanic.

China (I don't know how much credible anything out of China is) said that after a strict quarantine for 2 months they finally saw a peak in number of cases.

As Christian mentioned, this extra time during quarantine was a needed push to get out of the regular routine.

I am new in the real estate field and have spent a lot of time learning during the quarantine time.

You'll end up having some states that will try to keep quarantine procedures going, and then you'll have other states that will try to go back to business as usual.
