While we are all in quarantine, I am sure most of you are taking the time to educate yourself and learn more about real estate investing.I have worked over 30 years in this market. 

My days in quarantine go like this: I hop on BP and Zillow and look at properties.

Hopefully the the quarantine will slow this in Italy.

@Jamie FankhauserHey Jamie, The book that most impacted me recently was:Man’s Search For Meaning by Victor FranklIt is an amazing book about finding meaning in life, never giving up or giving in and a book that was really helpful with quarantine’s on right now.

I am hoarding respirators, nitrile gloves, Tyvek suits, AK-47s, and a million rounds of ammo, waiting for the height of the pandemic when the gubmint quarantines and  locks cities down, leaving the sheepeople,  excuse me, ordinary citizens, defenseless.

Due to quarantines, social distancing, etc., a lot of businesses, employees, and business owners are likely to have dramatically reduced income and wages. 

I am currently building a home office 12x24ft (with ensuite 1/2 bath) for my daughter at a multi unit she owns, manages & lives in when she's not working/quarantined in AZ.

I’m also certain that as soon as the quarantine is lifted there will be a title waive of new Section 8 tenants looking for stable living environments.
