@Eric BilderbackWe’re in rural Nebraska where pretty much everyone is essential, up until this month we were 100% paid.One of our long term renters unfortunately caught the ‘Rona and was quarantined at home without pay for about 3 weeks.

Since Covid happened and being quarantined, started reading more about real estate investing and want to do more.

We've halted all non-essential maintenance on our properties given that Seattle and Tacoma are pretty much on quarantine lock-down.

Yes and the fact that so many people are defying the stay at home and indeed isolation, and in some cases, quarantine order.

You made a lot of really great points.....however, I prefer to quarantine in my home in California.

I am somewhat optimistic that the virus will fade as quarantines continue and the summer heat gives us a helping hand.
