I'm comparing several websites to market via SMS (text messages), and am wondering if anyone has any input (either positive of negative) on the effectiveness of this technology as it relates to RE.Originally I was using a list of cell phone numbers purchased from http://www.cell-phone-list.net in conjunction with a predictive dialer to reach potential customers for a RE related project I'm involved with.

if you just want better snaphots a wide angle lens might help a bit.If you want professional photography, no cell phone can come close to an experienced photographer and his tools (16-35mm, tilt shifts, off camera flash, etc)That said, because of cell phones so many people are used to seeing AWFUL photography 24/7 it's become hard for them to understand the difference LOL

Google Voice also lets us keep a "public" number and shield our private cell numbers from being given out all the time.

I'm considering using a chrome book for mobility and to try an new experience (I enjoy technology and willing to explore new cell and tablets one day also).  

You can also talk with your accountant about writing off other business related expenses like mileage, cell phone, printing, postage, etc.. 

Hi Darryl,I personally ran into a situation that forced me to call everyone I knew and that was in my cell phone directory and out of that I found several people who are willing to lend and many people who referred me to others, like real estate agents that they knew, etc.

Each property goes into its own cell, or series, in the LLC. 

Hello, I'm a HASA client starting a month ago, I lost my apartment because I have another medical condition, (cancer), my husband is in disability now, we can't work at the moment,  HASA sent us to a place in Brooklyn while we was waiting for a Social worker contact me,  2 weeks later no one contacted me and I came to the office,  I was really frustrated about my situation,  the Social Worker didn't know anything about my case, the place where I'm now is a house, I have a room in a house, sharing kitchen and bathroom,  it's nasty all the time, it's like 3 houses but only one kitchen is working but in bad conditions,  honestly I'm here because I really need to live here, but it's my worse experience in my life,  but my question is, is this the way that HASA work?
