Having multiple alias is not uncommon and is not an indication of fraud per se.

Another related subject...I recently purchased a triplex, and on the county it's:123 SE 4 STREET, 1-3...Yet, the tenants told me it's units A, B, C not 1, 2, 3. 

The loan may not be secured per se, but the lender may want to know there's something behind you.

They are all moving the SE and Carolinas.
