All new cabinets are needed paint inside out all new windows like 60 plus windows to replace they have window AC units (but again that might be the norm for the area and yes I agree on the PM idea) and then she has a drug dealer living there, she is cool with it.

There are some areas of northern California where Vacation Rentals off the grid may be marketable, but probably not in the actual northern California areas, but more the central California (north of the bay area a little in more mild climates) In some of the mountain areas and near the coast, such as Trinity, Humbolt counties, there are drug cartels growing pot, and several people have gone missing (they stumble upon the gardens or have gone to work at the grows, never to be heard from again).

But I have also had to deal with cops being here to arrest the bf, his drug dealer swinging by on occasion, and also the bf and gf waking up my front tenants by fighting right outside their door, drunk at 2am.Lol I just keep telling myself it could always be worse!!!

The fact that you find out they are a convicted drug dealer is irrelevant since you will not be using that as a reason to reject.Take care to protect your business interests above all else or get out of the business in Seattle and other anti landlord jurisdictions..
