Where Wholesalers are generally unlicensed, you do not have that regulatory hurdle.Where it could get interesting is on the tax side of the house.

If you have a law degree or any regulatory experience, please let us know, the reason I ask is simply to understand what qualifications you might have in ascertaining what is good advice and what is not. 

You are going to have a lot of regulatory issues. 

What’s permissible for me may be impermissible for you, so check with your local council/governing body to determine what work (if any) requires permits!
