The other features that podio tours are definitely nice, but doesn’t fit in my paradigm just my two cents

I toured the plant with the foreman when doing DD on my building to get a sense of their viability. 

I don't know what to think of this considering she still hasn't even toured the property yet but is very eager to move in.

Tour as many off markets that you can when you start networking with people who have deals.

Listen, I personally am not impressed with the vast majority of realtors that I've met or have had to deal with on purchase loans over the past 25 yrs, but there are some good ones, and given this is a Seller's Market, buyers need to take a look at how the realtors see them as a potential client.Realtors are not interested in being a not-for-profit tour guide showing $40k to $50k slum properties over 5 weekends, only to have the buyer not be able to purchase or go MIA on them.    

We found it on Zillow and it was 100k over our budget, but we decided to include it on the properties we went to go see and the night before we went to tour the home they dropped the price 100k!

We then assign each attendee a 10-15 min timeframe in which they can see the house.We leave all doors open so that no one has to turn the door knobs.Gloves, masks and booties are recommended as well.To limit the # of attendees, you may also want to verify that everyone has watched the virtual tour before registering for the OH.Hope this helps!
