It is certainly something to take into consideration for folks who are running real estate analyses with Airbnb as a revenue driver.

Drivers actually have some courtesy here too, esp with the insane curvy roads that lead to tunnels and bridges.

This morning on CNN, there was a story of illegal immigrant who was struck by a drunk driver and suffered brain injury, The guy was almost two years in rehab (No ARV there... actually there was but it went down).

Location, property amenities, and price-point are the natural selection drivers.  

Certain people point to large corporations potentially trying to horde money with savings but small businesses not these large corps employ the majority of the people nationally.This is a common way of stating things that actually builds a misconception that small businesses are better for (or bigger drivers of) the economy than large corporations. 

Of course, the catch is that everyone always thinks that they are an above average investor, just as everyone thinks that they are an above average driver, even though this is a statistical impossibility ... but the wrecks involved in thinking you are an above average investor when you are not are far more catastrophic than they are with driving ...

We don't flag drunk drivers in this way, and they can easily kill a child.
