Once I have identified an area I want to invest in, I start the process of building a team, then purchase the properties.It is not easy, but it is not rocket science either.

Communication from erent is horrible.... there was a recent posting in the Facebook page (erent discussion group) that broke down HOW the system works - its a fascinating read, much like "The creature from Jekyll Island", how the whole ACH system works and where it can fall apart.
