My boyfriend and i are just really needing a place to stay and very fast i can move in any day but he wouldnt be there for 2-3 weeks because of his situation which i can and will discuss if you want to know neither of us drink or smoke or do drugs we are pretty quiet laid back people and follow any and all rules given we are only needing a place for 2 to 3 months im 13 weeks pregnant right now and would definately be out before the baby is born as i understand most people dont want a crying baby in the house so it would only be short term til we get on our feet and get our own apartment we can provide our own furniture if needed and are very serious about gettin a place as soon as possible PLEASE email me through here or give me a call at [Removed obviously] anytime if your serious about renting us a room for cheap or in exchange for cooking cleaning and childcare or whatever else you can think of he can also do yard work and some handy man stuff if needed thank you very much for reading my post and look forward to talking to you soon =) oh also i do have a cat but she can not come if you wont allow pets but if you do its a plus and if not i do have a friend that will take her

I can think of a few risks off the top of my head:1) Owners could file Bankruptcy and tie you up for years in a payment plan.2) you really have to know good neighborhoods in Newark.some neighborhoods are great for strategy comma While others may be a disaster.3) There are many cases in Newark and other in the cities where houses become vacant, occupied by drug using squatters and eventually accidentally burn down.
