Below is where I plan on starting out our discussions.The acquisition of the PM company we bought to add to our PM company was signed off in November but the finalization is January 1st, we have already started the process and we will have a smooth merger completed by the end of January.We will streamline our processes and systems by the end of the 1st quarter.I will create a streamlined start-to-finish investment process for clients by the end of the 2nd quarter.

For instance, given your interest in 203K loans I'll bet you could find reams of info by searching in the search box including discussions on when and when not to use them, the difference between original 203K loans and streamline 203Ks etc.
