While we were never overtly irresponsible with money (i.e. gambling debt, drug habits, credit cards, expensive cars), we moved many times, did PhDs, and spent the better part of our 20's and 30's doing things that might have been personally enriching, but were at some level exploitative of our time and not financially beneficial.

Hi,I have a house in CA had been break-in twice in past 1.5 years, since the bushes in the front of the house was tall, CA let many prisoners/drug addicts out on the street due to over crowed jail, the city do not have enough polices.Just one month after my new tenants moved in, the house was break-in again, though the bushes are cut down, I pay some costs for the new tenant to set up camera, signs etc, now they said that I dis not disclosed past break-in to them, and they demand me to pay for ADT, Comcast service, which can be expensive and need long term contract.My questions are:1.
