No "gray" area.

White would seem to go in the more cottagey old fashioned homes, while Black seems (to me) to be more modern.There are also different shades of SS available, like gray and bronze, depends how expensive you want to get....

@Kofi Thompson, this is a very broad question.Buying: at a very high level, you need to know construction costs, stabilized rents, expenses, reserve requirement and debt service, and your return threshold.  

However it is still a very gray area.

For "transient", short term rentals, the Fair Houseing Act does not apply.Establishing residency in Florida can be a gray area too.

@Kody Thompson I don’t own my own home but they’re aren’t many multi families in my market to house hack either.

@Maggie Thompson I read your other post as well as this one and wanted to ask, have you run this property through a deal analysis calculator (BP or otherwise)?
