4) What were tour biggest hurdles, and what advice do you have for those interested in turnkey investing?

My friend kept his boat at a private dock on Cayman for a couple of years and we got the full tour of lots and houses for sale. 

I've got a search going on the MLS for million dollar homes that pop up in my area for sale so I can tour them.

@Shone Freeman, I'd be more than happy to take you on a tour of Cleveland and northeast Ohio if you make your way out here.

See if you can get into the property for a tour of the condition so you know what' you're in for. 

Also, if you try to rezone or contest this ordinance, take a very long tour of your low-income neighborhoods.

Wifey and I returned a week ago from a land tour and cruise in the Arabian Sea.

However,  I think there are other areas just outside of Ruskin Heights that have some potential, based on my recent tour of the area, but it is street by street.
