Another related subject...I recently purchased a triplex, and on the county it's:123 SE 4 STREET, 1-3...Yet, the tenants told me it's units A, B, C not 1, 2, 3. 

The loan may not be secured per se, but the lender may want to know there's something behind you.

They are all moving the SE and Carolinas.

I've been purchasing in SE Michigan for the past 3 years.

If it is the former, you will want to start networking in cash flowing markets like Texas, the SE and the midwest (you may have some advantages there in your own back yard in MI).

None of the SE counties (Broward/PB/Dade) have been approved. 

Heat pumps are fairly common here in the SE USA.

Can we wash out PITIA from LOS and calc the net rental income as a regular SE income if we go thru FHLMC.

C-corps are taxed on income earned, then again on distributions and there isn't SE income tax with RE anyway.
