I've found that most new budget appliances will last about 5-7 years, unless they're abused by the tenant and in that case, it doesn't matter what is there, it will get ruined.

What if they forget to empty the bucket and water runs over ruining your cabinets?

Trim, cabinets, doors, HVAC etc. can all be easily ruined by a seemingly harmless pet.I'd be quite leery about renting to somebody who will be bringing random animals in and out of the apartment.

You can be the smartest person in the room but when your attitude is awful then all it does is ruin you eventually.  

Will that ruin any momentum or have any negative effects do you think?

Good value is always attractive as long as there is a consistent need for housing.C)  PETS ruin mobile homes; charge a steep premium for pets.  

Might clear a lot of paths for that person but will also leave many things in ruins.

They ruin our country causing inflation and financial caos.

Today president of HOA calls me and tells me he ruined all freshly put cement, everywhere they see wheelchair marks.

Cancer, bad car wrecks, etc. if you have no insurance you are bankrupt.
