First purchase was a 2 family back in 2004, kept it for about a year and a half, then seller financed it for 17 months to the buyer (ruined what little credit I had due to their missed/late payments).

I find that when/if I use lowes or home depot "in stock" grade MDF cabinets, that when the tenant forgets to tell me there is a leak, the cabinets are basically ruined.

the landlord would not fix the bathtub as you can see its not usable. the apartment over me had a flood and leaked water into the bathroom ruining the paint. also look at the mold builds up the new owner told me to use bleach and fix it. the carpet was old and dirty when i moved in was dirty if i walk on it bare footed my feet look like i have bee walking on black coals. they turned off the gas and water for 2 days we dang near froze to death. new owners now and they have been here for 2 months and they wont fix it either but they refurbished 3 other unitshttp://img259.imageshack.us/img259/920/1032414.th.jpghttp://img811.imageshack.us/img811/5759/1032415.th.jpghttp://img502.imageshack.us/img502/2409/1032417.th.jpg
