I have been subscribed to BP for a while now but never posted to the forums.

Hello everyone, my name is Elie and am newly subscribed to BP but have been listening to the podcasts for a few weeks now.

Also my subscribed forums seem to have a problem with loading and cache somehow.

So it can be done.I don't subscribe to the "you lied therefore you don't get your application fee back" school of thought.

To identify upcoming projects you can subscribe to your local politicians' newsletters and local jurisdictions' websites.

I've thought of subscribing to Angie's list as a source for contractors and was going to ask the BP family what they though of that, it's specific to each area and those contractors who subscribe certainly care about their reputation and want continuous work so in my mind it's not a bad option (and the yearly subscription is not expensive at all). 

By the way, I don't fully subscribe to Hoyt's theory, at least in the sense that we can expect the next bust sometime around 2024, but I guess we'll have to wait to find out.

Does anyone know of any source, or paid service that I can subscribe to so I can track this data monthly?
