@Steven Li I'm not affiliated and I don't do HELOC's, but I'd check with Figure.com (tech company), and also First Republic, depending on what you're looking for.

If you have enough capital to deposit in their bank...First Republic Bank has the best rates, and focuses on serving high net worth people, especially RE community.

I believe we are closer to becoming a Banana Republic everyday.  

Hey @Tricia O'Brien - We have used Chicago title and Old Republic mainly - both massive companies. 

But, my bank, ( First Republic) says I still need to qualify, personally to insure that I can pay the $ back.

Looking at Bed Stuy / Crown Heights primarily as I can get a 3.75% interest rate from First Republic as it's my first time home.
