But, I've started looking in Ocala and am working with a realtor in that area whose from that area.I found out there are a lot of well/septic areas, something that I am not akin to and really don't want to get in to for investing.I'm looking for rentals as suggested in the SW/SE areas.

We currently have to belong to two MLS's here in SE MI, it's ridiculous, I probably have almost 3K in fee's in michigan.Don't forget when the tax man comes knocking for his 1099 income on what you "made" from your commissions.

Since then an identicle house has been sold for full asking price of 125,000 so I now am thinking of listing mine for 128,000 and offering 3,000 to closing and se where it goes.
