I would always stick to a price that is good (black and white) on investments, the numbers should not be gray. 

If you attended Note Expo then you hopefully saw Cade Thompson's presentation where he cited some examples of where us smaller investors will find inventory:Government InventoryRecently Listed Pools of NPL will be worked-out over next 2 years with Low Value NPL sold into tertiary markets and direct opportunities for smaller investors.

That definitely is very gray area And could be argued either way.Is it a rental property or your personal residence?

I like either Popular Gray or Agreeable Gray, both by Sherwin Williams.

Although they Travel time is still on the gray area… I am still trying to do mo research about it. 

Wood or wood look will never go out of style, just go medium light and not too gray, red, golden,or distressed .

Yeah, I'm a fan of Grays Harbor, though it can be tough here because the economy is so bad.
