Hey @John Vela - often times it helps to start with your strengths, build them up to the fullest, and then find partners to fill in your weaknesses. 

@Isaac El,No, it's not too long, but a few things I would caution you about..Your call to action is split, and therefore weak "If you want to this or that" (Also "Call me to discuss", which I have seen frequently, not particularly strong).

I don't see anything negative about placing low ball offers as long as you are not preying off the weak or deceiving people.I understand the need for wholesalers to purchase way below retail.

I have a couple of agents that I'm trying to work with... it seems some have their strong points and then also some weak points... so I'm working w/more than one agent. 

This has always been a weak spot for me.

No matter how much you enforce the other links, that chain is and for ever will be  as strong/weak...

One of my biggest weaknesses is staying organized. 

I practically begged people to sell to me, and that put me in a very weak bargaining position.Now I wholetale far more often than I wholesale, so I negotiate everything according to my numbers without getting emotional about it.

The trick is just to stay firm on your rental rules and not to show weakness for even a minute when they try to push you.
