I'm just curious because I see lots of title loan places around here popping up that will lend to people with bad credit or high DTI but the asset is a vehicle.I guess they must account for the fact that some of these people are gaming them by buying a vehicle for close to nothing that doesn't run so they fix it so that it does, they don't bother to put the signed title in their name to save on costs, and they subsequently scrap the vehicle or part it out once they get the title money.I'm wondering whether a similar system could work for houses that are owned free and clear with no taxes owed?
