I would ideally continue renting out the 2 bays (garage is all open / not separate stalls), and use the other single bay for myself (put a wall up perhaps).

I'm sure when cars became prevalent there were horse buggy manufacturers scheming on how to get congress  to enact protection schemes.  

The BK is simply going to stall any foreclosure for a couple of months but after that, they pick up where they left off.

It's likely that the same outfit put in the behind-the-wall plumbing and also did the framing for the shower stall.

I think my biggest fear is getting stalled so many times that I start feeling like it's not supposed to be in our future or something.

Their final f/u was stealing horse shelters and tack before they vacated.
