Since we get little actual feedback about the newsletter, I was hoping to find out what our members would like to see in it.In its current form, we highlight the most interesting news, forum posts, member blogs, and BiggerPockets Blog articles.

Afternoon BPers,I am interested in getting a better understanding of OKC, specifically the different neighborhoods/area, with a description of the vibe, neighborhood pros/highlights/potential and cons, average/range of price point.

However, I will highlight the comment above that Term is the only insurance that makes sense.  

One thing to be careful of is that while there are bargains still out there, there are still areas that you do not want to be investing in so a recon trip to highlight focus areas (good and bad) would be recommended. 

There is a trove of great information on the site and definitely check out the pod casts which are very entertaining and highlight a mix of different investment strategies and styles.Where did you grow up on the island?
