,The great part about taxes, is that they are as a much an art as a science.

A degree in engineering, nursing, computer science, etc. is a requirement for those types of jobs at many companies including almost all F500 companies. 

Understanding what each metric can and cannot tell you, and combining them in such a way that you get a complete picture is the key ... this takes experience and frankly can be as much art as it is science. 

Accounting, finance, prelaw, or any of the hard sciences (Assuming you intend to make a career out of it) are all excellent ways to spend tuition money.On a personal level, I know far too many art majors who work retail jobs in order to starve with their 4 room-mates who also got useless, no-return degrees and work jobs that they could have gotten straight out of high school.

Done well there always should be some customization to the marketing campaign to target the correct investor personas, but this will all be optimized into a science-based sourcing method long term too.  

It's not rocket science any licensed electrician should handle this easily.
