We changed the floorplan of the house back into a 3/2, converted that first half of the 2-part bedroom series into a hallway extension with the other side of the wall being a full master bath, and finished the second half of the 2-part bedroom series into a full master bedroom with his and her closets and a rear entrance.

The house listed at $279K that looks like University District Property, its also 2x the size, more stately, has walk-in closets, multiple bathrooms. 

House needs entire interior paint plus all ground level trim work, doors and closets need repair/repaint. (5,000 ?)

Created master bath and master closet space within the same amount of sq footage.

Second, there is a maintenance request portable as well.  

I have a portable dehumidifier that i was planning to use when i clean the place up.

They want to remove it and build a closet where it was .   

You have three or four options for a central unit:  1) put the unit in the basement, 2) put the unit in the attic, 3) put the unit outside as a package unit, or 4)  put the unit in a utility closet.
