She took out a reverse mortgage in the amount of $273,000 which needs to be paid off within six months.In short, it's a beautiful 17 acre property with a 3 bed 3.5 ba log cabin built in 2012 with a barn suitable for horses/cattle.

Property has 5 gated pastures for animals (horses, sheep, goats, etc), hay barn, chicken coup.

So now the bank is likely to file to have this removed from the bankruptcy, right.If not, what does the bank do to regain this asset from an obvious stall tactic?

Paired with currently high absorption rates and the slightly down number of subleases, I would venture to guess that corporate plans laid many quarters ago are going forward, but new plans might be stalling out.  

It may just be excess land for an existing home, again, zoning, anyone want a horse and a barn?

Could I start the short sale process with the bank and that would stall the foreclosure?
