They were triple pane with Krypton instead of argon and I finished with the cheaper windows and like the cheaper ones a lot better.

Many times it was because previous guests turned off pilot light although we had already double and triple taped the switch to control the pilot light and coupled that with instructions on "do NOT turn off pilot light".

Maybe you should get a partner because, if you are certain about the value of the deal then maybe a partner could help you triple it.

I do this with a tripled, it's 5-10mins of extra work each month but no tenants have been bothered by it and saved us $3-$4k upfront
