So let’s use round numbers, assume $100k equity:$50k to dad, $50 to daughter (10 per year if my calculator tells me the truth)... split that last year where you squatted, so 45 to the bride to be & 5 to your banker.Or just give her the whole 50 and tell her to buy her own ring if you really want to kill the romance.

So the "vacant" thing is not ringing true in my test. but the phone rang with 1 very good lead (SFR, high equity), 1 OK lead (duplex with renters), and 1 that was not viable (condo with low equity).

My copy is direct and to the point without the gimmicky dollar signs, although my call to action is clear.One other thing to take note of....many times it takes more than one touch to get your phone ringing.
