Is there any evidence that one is better than the other to make the phone ring?

Your phone is ringing alot but there is not a lot to be converted into a hot lead in there.  

Knowing people who can actually get involved in business is the difference between beating the bushes for a deal and sitting at your desk having your phone ring.

Heres the scenario, You've done your marketing, the phone is ringing......you have several good leads.

I live in FL and do all my biz in the Cleveland markets, My phone never rings. 15- 20% net per year :) 

My phone never rings, well once in a while.

I just got a call tonight that from someone that I mailed to and he said " I got you letter a couple of months ago and now I am ready to sell a few houses." so if the phone doesn't ring right away don't it.

Those who are new to DM really should work with an expert in the industry.Let me clarify another thing ----> Yellow letters do get the phone ringing and bring good leads---I just am not patient with the "crazies" that call along with the good sellers.
