@Glen Gaidos most will use their own VOIP software ,whether it's Skype, ring central, 8x8 like some poster mentioned here.

Make sure you are ready for the phone when it rings.

One issue is that whitepages keeps inactive phone numbers and emails in their records, so at least half of our calls never ring and a decent amount of emails get bounced back.
