You will see this behavior repeats itselflater on as he recklessly spent investors money to the point that the clubnever opened.

Yes,none of those damages are "wear and tear",they are reckless behavior and you deserve compensation.Get estimates on repairing the damage and use the entire deposit to pay for it.If you have their forwarding address,send them a bill for whatever the deposit didn't cover.Get lots off close up pictures of the damages for the lawyers and or small claims judge as well as line by line written damage estimates on everything.Don't take this garbage lying down,fight back!!!

Actions speak louder that words.Any individual that is so carless and reckless regarding insurance, drivers licence and registration will have very little regard for respecting a lease.

If a tenant was reckless with a gun and ammo, I would certainly be concerned and would call law enforcement for assistance.
